INGESOM modifies the programming of a Schneider industrial PC and expands the communications network with a new OMRON head-end.

This project modifies the programming of a Schneider industrial PC. In addition, the communications network, managed by an OMRON PLC, has been expanded to include a new head-end, allowing the shipments coming from the mills to be loaded into the newly incorporated silo.
INGESOM programs the PC application by adding the new silo in the general synoptic, and also the loading solenoid valves so that users can manage their closing and opening, both automatically and manually as required by the moment. With the expansion of this silo at the plant, the customer was able to increase its stock storage capacity and respond more efficiently to customer orders.
