Our quality policy is centered on a continuous improvement process of the industrial Consultancy service, industrial Automation project development, Software development and support to our clients.
For the Software development we use a Methodology based on the Unified Software Development Process (Jacobson, Booch and Rumbaugh), a frame of Software development that is characterized for being directed by use cases, centered on the architecture and for being iterative and incremental based on phases, each of which consists of 5 steps: requirements, analysis, design, implementation and test.
In the implementation of this methodology:
- We use the newest development tools.
- We apply design patterns.
- We do modular designs to facilitate the tests and the integration in the system and to assure the quality of the solution.
- We develop tests in parallel to the development of every component. This way every component is proved before integrating it in the system. If in a future a component is modified, we can prove easily that this does not cause any problem to the solution before integrating it.
For the industrial automation projects we apply a propertary work methodology that reinforces the phases of definition of requirements, functional analysis and architecture of the system. Traditionally the automation projects usually are more centered on the implementation and sometimes they neglect the point of view of the customer. In Ingesom we bet for the proximity with the customer to facilitate the communication and to obtain a system exactly matching his needs.
