1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As a general comment, users must operate at all times in conformity with the law, with the norms of polite behaviour and the requirements of good faith, employing all due diligence and abstaining from using the website www.ingesom.com in any way that may impede, damage or adversely affect the normal operation of the website, or the goods or rights of Ingesom, of its suppliers or other users, or in general of any third party.

4. INGESOM LIABILITY
Ingesom is not liable for:
• the inadequate use of its website. Users must use it correctly, according to the above mentioned terms and conditions.
• possible technical faults. Ingesom will not be liable for any alterations in the service caused by failures in the electrical network, in the data connection network, in the server or in any other facilities.
• the access of third parties to the system. Ingesom will adopt the required technical measures in order to protect its data and information from those attempting to violate the security measures.
• possible badware in its files. Ingesom constantly invests in technological means, which seek to minimize virus and similar software risks, and non-authorised content in its information systems and web files. However, users must adopt their own measures to minimize damages caused by non-authorised software, virus, trojans, and any other types of software called badware.
